How to issue a ticket for SQP (Supplier Quality Problem) type of damage?

  1. Select help topic RTC - Other Issues and "For Approval"on the drop down selection. 
  2. Indicate the details of the damage on the issue details field. Attach photo for reference and initial evaluation. 
  3. Submit ticket. 
  4. OS Ticket reference number will be indicated on the damage slip attached to the item.
  5. ASM/SSM will check and validate the damage item reported. 
  6. ASM/SSM will close the ticket after checking of the actual damage item. He/she will inform the store through public reply if it is approved or not.
