How to issue a ticket for SQP (Supplier Quality Problem) type of damage?

- Select help topic RTC - Other Issues and "For Approval"on the drop down selection.
- Indicate the details of the damage on the issue details field. Attach photo for reference and initial evaluation.
- Submit ticket.
- OS Ticket reference number will be indicated on the damage slip attached to the item.
- ASM/SSM will check and validate the damage item reported.
- ASM/SSM will close the ticket after checking of the actual damage item. He/she will inform the store through public reply if it is approved or not.
