What is the return procedure for Online?

All customers with return request are required to submit request through our support email (per brand) hello@cln.ph, hello@sofab.com.ph, hello@matthews.com.ph, hello@trafficfootwear.com.ph and hello@figllia.com.ph. Once they submitted their request we will respond with return options, email reply varies on the courier used on their transaction.

CLN/SOFAB/TRAFFIC BRANCH

OPTION 1: Customer may exchange your item/s at your preferred branch, but only after we have coordinated with them first. They need to let us know when and where you plan to visit so that we can prepare a return authorization for the branch. They need to wait for our confirmation email before going to the store, or else the sales associates will not be able to process their request in the system. They need to bring their official receipt as well.

COURIER BRANCH

OPTION 2: Customer may ship their item/s back to us with their preferred courier (LBC, 2GO, JRS, Air21, etc.) We will reimburse the return shipping fees after receiving a photo of courier receipt. They need to provide the courier branch with the information below. Once they have sent back your item/s, they need to send us a photo of the receipt issued by the courier branch, so that we can track the item/s and process the replacement.

We accept returns within 30 days from the invoice date for exchange or online store credit. They need to ensure that items and any accompanying packaging are in good condition before sending them to us. We are only able to accept unused and unwashed items and that still have their tags on.

LALAMOVE (METRO MANILA ONLY)

OPTION 3: We can schedule a rider to pick up the item and deliver the replacement (swap). We will text them a day before so that we can confirm their availability.
