How to reset browsing data of my browser?

- This is the solution for stores that can't edit their subject area or can't access OSTicket.
- Make sure that you have backup details of accounts (email/slack) on your browser.
- Identify the browser that you are currently using (Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Internet Explorer).
- For Google Chrome
- Look for this icon
at the upper-right portion of your screen and click it.
- Click Settings and Advance.
- Look for 'Clear Browsing Data' under Privacy and Security category.

at the upper-right portion of your screen and click it.
- Click Options and Privacy & Security.
- On History Section just click clear your recent history.
- Press clear now on Cached Web Content.
