How to reset browsing data of my browser?

- This is the solution for stores that can't edit their subject area or can't access OSTicket.

  1. Make sure that you have backup details of accounts (email/slack) on your browser.
  2. Identify the browser that you are currently using (Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Internet Explorer).
  • For Google Chrome
    • Look for this icon image at the upper-right portion of your screen and click it.
    • Click Settings and Advance.
    • Look for 'Clear Browsing Data' under Privacy and Security category.
  • For Firefox
    • Look for this icon image at the upper-right portion of your screen and click it.
    • Click Options and Privacy & Security.
    • On History Section just click clear your recent history.

    • Press clear now on Cached Web Content.
